Sandra’s passion for empowering others extends beyond her executive leadership coaching career. Prior to becoming an executive leadership coach, she served as a Senior Specialist – Citizen Value and Engagement at Auckland Council, one of the largest governing councils in Australasia. During her time there, Sandra played a pivotal role in improving engagement with diverse communities across the entire region. She also gained valuable experience as a Local Boards Engagement Advisor, working closely with politicians to bring greater economic and social well-being to communities.

Before her work in the public sector, Sandra thrived as a lead consultant and executive leadership coach, trainer, and facilitator, assisting organizations in bringing their visions for a better world into reality. She excelled as a software developer and business systems analyst, leading teams and developing innovative solutions in the freight and logistics industry. Her diverse experiences and continuous thirst for personal and professional development have led her to various fields of study and contemplations. Sandra’s qualifications include those in in Business and Systems Analysis, Group Leadership and Facilitation, as well as formal studies in theology and spiritual direction, and psychodrama.

Beyond the professional realm, Sandra’s personal interests and studies encompass vibrational medicine, energy dynamics, neuroscience, epigenetics, and more. This broad knowledge base enhances her understanding of human dynamics and enables her to guide clients towards holistic transformation.
