You'll have space to share what's happening in your leadership life and what kind of support might be useful. I'll ask some questions to understand your situation, and we'll both get a sense of whether there's genuine alignment.

There's no pressure and no pitch. If it's not the right fit, I'm happy to point you toward other resources that might serve you better.

A note on timing

I work with a small number of clients at any given time, which allows for the depth and responsiveness this work requires. If my calendar shows limited availability, it's worth booking ahead—or reaching out directly if you still don't find a suitable time.
